We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled item with all labels and tags attached in its original packaging within 14 days of your order date.
Any item worn and washed kept more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
You may return an item unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or unsoiled with all labels and tags attached in its original packaging for online store credit only for the amount you paid minus any shipping fees associated with returning the item to us.
We can provide you with a pre-addressed return label for US$8. Just contact us via email at info@sunpoplife.com to assist you with your return. All shipping fees will automatically be deducted from your refund or and invoice for the cost of shipping will be emailed to you prior to sending a pre-address return label.
If you do not wish to use our pre-addressed return label, we recommend that all returns be sent by a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sun Pop Life, is not responsible for packages shipped with a return label not provided by us, untraceable or lost.
Sun Pop Life, reserves the rights to limit returns and exchanges and to verify the original sale before processing any exchanges or refunds, less any shipping, handling and or processing fees associated with your purchase as stated in our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Shipping, handling, and processing fees are not refundable.
Any item NOT in its original condition; washed, damaged, altered in any way, soiled, with sunscreen stains*, without labels or tags attached or not in its original packaging will receive a partial store credit.
*Sunscreen selection is a personal choice. Some ingredients used in sunscreens whether, in lotions, sprays, oils, tubes, balms or sticks may stain or even damage white or light colored items. Such stains are the result of an external application and not a fault with the quality of the fabric or the manufacturing of the garment, therefore, garments stained by sunscreen are not considered to be defective and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Any item damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered defective.
Any item showing sand particles trapped in its knit is not considered defective.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased using special offers or promotions cannot be refunded. All sales are final.
We will replace any item(s) that proof defective or damaged. Send us some photos at info@sunpoplife.com to determine the course of action.
If you are required to mail your item(s), we will send you a pre-addressed return label for US$8. Just contact us via email at info@sunpoplife.com to assist you with your return. We will waive any shipping & handling fees associated with replacing a defective or damaged item.
If you want to return an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an online credit only for the value of your return minus any shipping, handling and or processing fees associated with shipping your gift to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Sun Pop Life will charge, a restocking fee of $20 per transaction to ALL orders shipped to us without proof of purchase; receipt, packing slip or a copy of the order confirmation sent via email.
Please include the following information to locate your order and process accordingly.
- Your name and billing address.
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the order
- The style number of the merchandise, if available
